Case 02: International modest fashion retailer

Go-to-Market · Discovery & Research · Customer Experience Mapping · High-Yield Advertising

The insight

Gen Z daughters won't wear their mother's brand, and it was never about the fabric. Fashion is how they define themselves, and wearing mum's label feels like inheriting an identity instead of choosing one.

What was wrong

Sales had flattened. The audit was blunt: mothers stayed loyal, daughters read the brand as old-fashioned and wouldn't buy it for themselves.

What we did

Put mothers and daughters in the same room and let them argue. The identity markers that came out of those workshops became a customisable, experiential line the younger buyer could make her own.

The result

17% growth in premium retail revenue across adjacent regional segments.
