Case 07: Middle Eastern FMCG brand

Go-to-Market · Customer Experience Mapping · Communication Toolkits · High-Yield Advertising

The insight

Nobody buys food for the ingredients. They buy it for the ritual it belongs to: the gathering, the table, the hosting. Entering a new market means knowing its calendar, not its category.

What was wrong

A household name at home and invisible on the shelf next door. Strong equity, no breakout in adjacent retail territories.

What we did

Built the commercial toolkit around the year people actually live: Ramadan, back-to-school, Eid, with point-of-sale that spoke to the occasion.

The result

21% growth in adjacent-territory market presence within one financial year.
