Case 04: Facilities services provider

Brand Systems · Brand Portfolio Architecture · Corporate Branding & Identity · Employee Value Propositions

The insight

Procurement boards don't buy a service. They buy peace of mind and professional standing. Signing an unbranded commodity supplier feels like a personal liability with your name on it.

What was wrong

Skipped in every high-ticket RFP. Read as a commodity, priced as a commodity, and carrying no identity or stated purpose a buyer could stand behind internally.

What we did

Simplified the portfolio in the boardroom, rebuilt the corporate identity around a defensible position, and introduced welfare standards the sales team could actually point to.

The result

24% more enterprise contract wins, and employee retention at an all-time high of 93%.
